Puravankara Appoints Technology Executive Subrahmanya Gupta Boda as Chief Technology Officer

Puravankara Limited has appointed Mr. Subrahmanya Gupta Boda as its Chief Technology Officer, designated as Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP), effective May 19, 2026. Boda brings over 29 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Governance.

Background and Experience

Boda enters the role with a deep career spanning critical infrastructure, defence systems, and digital security. His prior roles include Chief Technology Advisor at NABARD, Global CISO at GMR Group, and work with Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, instrumental in setting up consulting and IT Security in 2002. He began his career with Central Research Laboratory, Ghaziabad, a division of Bharat Electronics Ltd., working on defence systems.

Boda holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Andhra University and a Masters Degree in Software Systems from BITS Pilani.

Role and Mandate

As Chief Technology Officer, Boda assumes a Senior Managerial Personnel position within Puravankara's leadership structure, responsible for steering the company's technology strategy, enterprise systems, and digital capabilities across development, construction, and portfolio management functions.
