Provident Housing launches final Equinox phase in Kengeri

Provident Housing Limited launched Provident Equinox 6 in Kengeri, South Bengaluru, on September 20, 2026. The residential phase is part of Provident Sunworth City, a 60-acre township off Mysore Road, and is being developed on its final five acres near NICE Junction.

The project has Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180926/008948. Its plans include seven towers across two blocks, with 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. Provident Housing is a wholly owned subsidiary of Puravankara Limited and serves the group’s affordable and mid-segment housing market.

The details

Provident Equinox 6 is the sixth and final phase of Provident Sunworth City. The phase covers about five acres. The developer’s listed apartment options start at about 883 sq ft saleable area for a 2 BHK and about 1,082 sq ft for a 3 BHK. Their respective carpet areas are about 628 sq ft and 779 sq ft.

The location

The project is at Venkatapura Village in Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South, near NICE Junction and off Mysore Road. Mysore Road and NICE Road provide the main road connections described for the site. Challaghatta Metro Station is about 2 km away, placing the project near the western end of Bengaluru’s metro network.

The broader township is also planned to include The Luminar, with shops, cafés and offices. The development’s position by NICE Junction connects the Kengeri location with both Mysore Road and the NICE Road corridor.

The developer

Provident Housing is Puravankara’s affordable and mid-segment housing arm. In Bengaluru, its local footprint includes Provident Sunworth City and the earlier phases of Provident Equinox. Sunworth City’s scale is reflected in its 60-acre township plan and resident community of more than 3,500 families.

Puravankara reported consolidated profit after tax of ₹25 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with a loss of ₹69 crore in Q1 FY26. Separately, the group’s recent activity includes a ₹2,600 crore redevelopment mandate in Goregaon, Mumbai.

Sales for Provident Equinox 6 commenced on September 20, 2026, following the company’s launch announcement the previous day. The developer’s stated completion date is December 31, 2030. The project’s seven towers and two apartment configurations position the final phase as the next addition to the established Sunworth City township.
